- Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
- Customized, engraved, or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged.
💸 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
