At Couso & Co. Fine Jewelry, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please review our fair return, refund, and defect policy below
1. Custom Jewelry and Personalized Items
• All custom-made jewelry and personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the order has been confirmed and production has started.
• However, if a custom item arrives defective or damaged, customers must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Defect/Damage Claims
To process a claim, customers must:
1. Contact us at info@cousofinejewelry.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide the original order number and proof of purchase.
3. Submit clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage.
Resolution Options
Upon review, we will, at our discretion:
• Repair the defective item,
• Replace the item with a new one, or
• Issue store credit of equal value.
⚠️ Please note: minor variations in color, finish, or engraving are normal in handcrafted/custom items and are not considered defects.
2. Non-Custom Items (Ready-to-Ship Jewelry)
• Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including packaging, certificates, and tags.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
3. Return Process
• To request a return, please contact us at info@cousofinejewelry.com within the return period.
• Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions for shipping your item back.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance.
4. Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees, insurance costs, and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
• We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged.
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
6. International Orders
• Customs duties, taxes, and international shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping for international orders is the responsibility of the customer.
